<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end user with a radio packet switching network for dividing the management of mobility into the hand-over categories of local, micro, macro and global connections, and minimizing the updating of hand-off corresponding to a hand-over category. SOLUTION: A connection type data network is provided with a foreign network 62 and a home network 70, the former being provided with a foreign base station accompanied by an access hub and the foreign access hub has a first servicing inter-working function 66. The home network 70 is provided with a first home inter-working function 72. A first mobile end system is a subscriber to the home network and is operated inside the foreign network. Between the first mobile end system and a first communication server, a first message is transferred through the first home inter-working function and then through the first servicing inter-working function of the foreign access hub in the foreign base station 64.</p> |
