摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by supplying a charge pump section with a high voltage clock signal regulated based on a voltage regulation signal for regulating the high voltage signal output from the charge pump section to a specified level thereby sustaining the high voltage signal output at a constant level. SOLUTION: A charge pump section 100 receives external clock signals CLKX, CLKY and high voltage clock signals CLKX, CLKY from a high voltage clock generating section 300 and outputs a high voltage signal VOUT. A voltage regulating section 200 outputs a desired final output signal VREG using a voltage regulation signal VCS obtained by comparing the high voltage signal VOUT with a reference voltage Vref. A high voltage clock generating section 300 generates high voltage clock signals HCLKX, HCLKY by shifting the level of the external clock signals CLKX, CLKY in the direction for minimizing the voltage regulation signal VCS.</p>
