<p>The invention concerns a trailer-type food catering vehicle for on-site consumption comprising a lower shell (10) whereof part of the horizontal upper peripheral surface (14) is used as counter for serving clients on the outside of the vehicle, and an upper shell (12) fixed on the lower shell (10) on the part of said peripheral surface thereof which is not used as counter and comprising a mobile portion (24) covering the counter (14) and capable of being raised for leaving the latter free, the cooking appliances being placed in the part of the vehicle where the upper shell (12) is fixed on the lower shell (10).</p> |
