摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed-focus type electronic image pickup device by which the adjustment of an optical distance between a lens and a light receiving element is facilitated and the focus adjustment is also facilitated after manufacturing the lens, the light receiving element and a casing integrally. SOLUTION: An objective lens 10 is fixed to a casing 9 containing a light receiving element 7 via a mirror barrel 11 whose length in an axial line direction is plastically deformed, and after the light receiving element 7 connects to an image pickup control board 3, a test image 18 equivalent to an object is set in front of the objective lens 10. While photographing a picture of the test image 18 through the image pickup control board 3, an external force is exerted to the mirror barrel 11 to apply plastic deformation to the mirror barrel 11 in the axial line direction. In this case, when the photographed image is sharpened and focused, the length of the mirror barrel 11 is fixed. Thus, the fixed-focus type electronic image pickup device is realized, where the optical distance among the object, the objective lens 10 and the light receiving element 7 is adjusted and fixed in this way.
