PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance compatibility and to prevent a mixing solution and a coating film from becoming clouded and to obtain a relief high in precision resolution by using the resin composition comprising a polymer having at least one functional group of cyclic carbonate ester groups and lactone groups, and an epoxy group on the terminal of each side chain and a photopolymerization initiator. SOLUTION: The photosetting resin composition to be used comprises (A) the polymer having at least one of functional groups of cyclic carbonate ester groups and lactone groups and an epoxy group on each terminal of the side chains and (B) the photopolymerization initiator, and the polymer (A) in obtained, for example, by radically polymerizing at least one kind of monomer having a cyclic carbonate ester group on the side chain with a monomer having an epoxy group on the side chain. The cyclic carbonate ester group and the lactone group may be a thioester having one oxygen atom in the ester part substituted by a sulfur atom. |
