PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform the electric currents flowing to switching elements connected in parallel with each other. SOLUTION: Two sets of switching element groups Q11-Q24, which are connected in parallel with each other and constitute serial two sides, are arranged by having the collectors of the switching elements groups Q11-Q24 face opposite to each other, and a conductor plate OUT for forming an output circuit is attached by extending the plate OUT in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the switching elements are connected in parallel. Therefore, the currents i1-i4 respectively flowing to the switching elements Q11 and Q21, Q12 and Q22, Q13 and Q23, and Q14 and Q24 connected in parallel are set uniform, with simple components, by making the condition of each conducting route to an output terminal from each element to be uniform. |
