PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cycle characteristic, electric capacity, a holding characteristic, etc., of a battery, by causing an electrolytic solution with an electrolyte dissolve in a nonaqueous solvent to contain at least one kind of chain aryl ester derivatives, chain alkaline carbonate delivatives, and cyclic aryl ester derivatives. SOLUTION: A chain aryl ester derivative is expressed by an expression I (R<1> , R<2> , R<3> , R<4> : alkyl groups with the number of carbon of 1 to 12, alkenyl groups with the number of carbon atoms of 1 to 12, alkynyl groups with the number of carbon atoms of 1 to 12, cyclo-alkyl groups with the number of carbon atoms of 3 to 6, aryl groups, or hydrogen atoms), a chain alkaline carbonate derivative by an expression II (R<5> , R<6> , R<7> , R<8> : the same as the description of R<1> or the like of the expression I, but R<5> is not a hydrogen atom), and a cyclic aryl ester derivative by an expression III (R<9> , R<10> , R<11> , R<12> : the same as the description of R<1> or the like of the expression I). Aryl acetate is an example of the expression I, aryl methyl carbonate of the expression II, and 2(5H)-furanone of the expression III. Most preferably, the content of the aryl derivatives in an electrolytic solution is 0.1 to 10 wt.%. |
