<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form a locked state for a portable electronic instrument(EI) only by fitting an attachment to the EI and to simultaneously execute the unlocking and ejection of the attachment. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 222 has an axial center in a horizontal direction and is rotated by operating a locking means 26. Depressing projections 23a, 23b are formed so as to be projected from the front wall of a port replicator part at the time of unlocking and to be intruded into the front wall of the port replicator part at the time of locking, the intrusion of the projections 23a, 23b is generated by the rotation of the shaft 222 and the intrusion generates the rotation of the shaft 222. Cross slide plates 292, 293 are moved back and forth by receiving driving force from the shaft 222. Rotation locking catches 81 are moved by the back and forth movement of the plates 292, 293, locks a notebook type personal computer(PC) when locked and unlocks the PC when unlocked.</p> |
