The resilient wheel comprises a tyre (3), a center (5) formed by a hub (7) surrounded by a web (9). A flexible connection (10) mounted between the tyre and the web comprises two similar elastomer rings (12) each having a conical section. The rings are mounted perpendicular to the wheel axis (X-X) symmetrically about the median plane (P). Metal reinforcements are buried in each ring and located close to the internal (13) and external (14) truncated sections of the ring. Each ring has anti-sliding elements projecting on each internal truncated conical wall and the outside of the ring.
