PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure the degree of fatigue or stress, and to issue warning when performing an inputting work mechanically, or deliberately. SOLUTION: This terminal equipment is provided with inputting means 1 and 4, an arithmetic processing controller 2, and a display means 3. The inputting means 1 and 4 are provided with sensors S1 and S2 for detecting the perspiration or heat of fingers so that the degree of stress can be calculated from the quantity of perspiration or heat of the fingers detected by the sensors S1 and S2. Then, a warning screen is displayed on a display means 3 or a warming sound is outputted.
