<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify or automate manufacturing process by winding a shield coil of a wire around a peripheral part near an air gap. SOLUTION: A spool 5b for covering the peripheral part of an air gap is provided nearly at the center. The spool 5b is divided into two portions by a collar or a projecting part 10, is wound around a shield coil 4, and a connected to a bobbin terminal 9. In this case, the shield coil 4 is wound into the spools 5b-1 and 5b-2 for covering the peripheral part of the air gap, and the terminal of the shield coil 4 is connected to the terminal 9 of a bobbin 3. Half of the number of turns of the shield coil 4 is wound around the spool 5b-2 nearly at the center of the bobbin 3, and the remaining half is continuously rolled around the next spool 5b-1 in the opposite direction from the spool 5b-2. The coil terminals are guided to the bobbin terminal 9 for achieving a soldering process, thus drastically simplifying the manufacturing process of a transformer and an inductor.</p> |
