摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material comprising a grade structure in filler concentration, which can be filled in a small gap between parts while high heat-dissipation is assured, and a method of molding the sealing. SOLUTION: In the gap of a coil 12 wound around a core 11 of a motor coil 10, a sealing material 14 is injected from a injection part. Here, the sealing material 14 of high fluidity is used for full penetration even into gap of the coil 12. Then, the motor coil 10 is processed with centrifugal treatment to cause it to change, depending on the filling position in filler concentration in the injected sealing material 14, resulting in filler concentration having a gradient structure. Thus, thermal conductivity at a part with high filler concentration is made adequately high, for improved heat dissipation as a whole.</p>
