PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2-pole anisotropic cylindrical ferrite magnet, wherein filling characteristics of magnet powder to a die is high, while magnetic characteristics is satisfactory. SOLUTION: This magnet is constituted of a 2-pole anisotropic cylindrical ferrite magnet 11 of a ratio L/R of 2.0 or higher (L is height dimension R is outside diameter), a preliminary mold which is preliminary molded, while a ferrite magnet powder is applied with magnetic field is crushed to granulated powder, as start material, is packed into a mold die, and then pressurized and molded under applied magnetic field. The preliminary molding is dry-molding, the density of a preliminary mold 42-51% of theoretical density. Furthermore, ratio of particle of 75 μm or less contained in the granulated powder is set to 10 wt.% or less. |
