PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect addition/change performed for a family register or resident record data base on the address record or family register data base as well in the case that the information of one of family register information and resident information is changed by storing change information in the information storage means of the other. SOLUTION: In a family register information system l, when the family register data base 13 is added/changed, a family register processing part 11 performs the addition/change for the family register data base 13 and a family register additional card data base 14 and then, prepares a resident record movement file 15. A resident record processing part 21 adds/changes the resident record data base 23 based on the information of the resident record movement file 15. In the meantime, in a resident record system 2, when the resident record data base 23 is added/changed, the resident record processing part 21 changes the resident record data base 23 and then, prepares a family register movement file 24. The family register information processing part 11 adds/changes the family register additional card data base 14 based on the information of the family register movement file 24. |
