PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape feature extracting device which easily extracts an input shape element group from shape data based on geometrical restrictive conditions. SOLUTION: The shape feature extraction device is provided with a shape data input part 1, which inputs shape data including plural input shape elements, and a restrictive condition input part 2 which inputs geometrical restrictive conditions to define shape features as the extraction object. A shape element extraction part 3 which successively collates each input shape element with model shape elements included in the geometrical restrictive condition to extract an input shape element group meeting all the geometrical restrictive conditions from plural input shape elements included in shape data and a restrictive condition decision part 4 which decides whether each of input shape elements which are called by the shape element extraction part 3 and correspond to respective model shape elements meet the geometrical restrictive conditions or not are provided. |
