PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively call multifunctional telephone sets or PHS terminals, corresponding to individuals by using a single extension number by consolidating telephone numbers correspondingly to individuals, so that the seating states of the individuals can be notified by utilizing the PHS terminal and an audio guide apparatus. SOLUTION: One of the extension numbers registered to an extension as the extension terminals of a private branch exchange 1 is assigned to PHS terminals PS 5 and 6 and the extension numbers, PS numbers, connecting states, usable/unusable states, transferring destinations, etc., are recorded on a PHS table 17. The PS 5 and 6 become extension terminals when the PS 5 and 6 are connected to connectors 31 and 41 for PS connection by means of PS connectors 51 and 61, and a control section 18 considers that the holders of the PS 5 and 6 as being absent from the information on the connected states of the PS 5 and 6 with the connectors 31 and 41 and on the turned-off of power supply. In addition, when transferring destinations are set correspondingly to the used states of the PHS terminals PS 5 and 6, the control section 18 transfers the incoming calls to the telephone sets or audio guide apparatuses 16 which give guidance by using prescribed audio at the destinations. |
