Device comprises a light source (1) emitting a monochromatic beam (F1); a modulator (2) that modulates the beam as commanded by an (HF) electrical signal; a crystal (4) of photo-registering material having recording properties in a narrow range of frequencies called 'spectral hole burning', the crystal receiving the modulated beam and transmitting a beam spatially filtered into frequencies. A photodetector assembly comprises a range of photodetectors to receive the beam filtered over a range of frequencies.
