The distribution system has air distribution ducts (11,16) under a thermally conductive plate (17) which supports electric floor heating cables (23) and the covering layer of concrete. The air ducts are formed by downward facing walls on the underside of the plate, ensuring even heat transfer away from the cables. The air is then delivered (20) into the room.
