<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience, operability and reliability in an electronic mail system by automatically processing an electronic mail based on previously designated priority order when the mail which is simultaneously branched into plural roles in a certain role node and transmitted is joined in a certain role node afterward. SOLUTION: An actual electronic mail address is bound in order to embody the role in route information by the binding means 11 of circular route definition before starting a mail circulation. A priority degree giving means 12 binds priority degree order indicating from which route the electronic mail comes and whether a processing from the mail is preferentially executed or not as against an automatic processing, etc., which is executed when the mail comes at the time of a branch transmission confluence. Then, sled ID for uniquely identifying from which route information the mail is transmitted at the time of the branch confluence is generated by a branch transmission confluence sled ID generating means 13. These kinds of information are generated before the circulation and added to the mail to be circulated.</p> |
