PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bank card from being broken when a service engineer or clerk forgets to inactivate the bank card when bank cards are loaded or replaced. SOLUTION: It is possible to draw a unit including a card read/write part 22 loaded with an IC card of a financial institution side out of a device housing in the power-ON state, and a detecting means 21 which detects this unit being drawn out is provided; when the detecting means 21 detects the unit being drawn out of the device housing, its detection information is reported to the card read/write part through a control part 28, and consequently making the card read/write part 22 inactivate the IC card on the financial institution side. |
