PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable maintaining RF insulation around a heat pipe necessary for insertion in an interval housing. SOLUTION: An electronic device is accommodated in a heat dissipating external enclosure 2. The external enclosure provides RF insulation and contains a plurality of units 4 accommodated in a thermally conductive internal housing 8 which is fixed so as to be in thermal contact with walls of the external enclosure 2. At least one wall of the units has a first recess 14 accommodating an evaporator of a heat pipe. The heat pipe is fixed in a space between the external part enclosure 2 and the internal housing 8. A condenser 22 of the heat pipe is positioned in a part lower than the evaporator when used, accommodated in a recess 24 on a wall 7 of the external enclosure 2, and fixed by a clamp member. |
