摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mn-Al-C alloy powder manufactured by gas atomization or water atomization and to further improve the magnetic characteristics, mechanical strength, and workability of an anisotropic magnet manufactured by warm extrusion or warm upsetting or a resin magnet using the anisotropic magnet. SOLUTION: This Mn-Al-C alloy magnetic power is prepared by surface- treating powder which is obtained by powdering an Mn-Al-C alloy composed of 67-73 wt.% Mn, 0.2-2.1 wt.% C, 0.6-1.0 wt.% Ni, and the balance Al by gas atomization or water atomization with an acid solution. An anisotropic magnet is manufactured by molding the magnetic powder filled and sealed in a metallic container by warm molding, and after molding, removing the metallic container. A resin magnet is manufactured by pulverizing the anisotropic magnet and injection molding the obtained magnet powder after mixing the power with resin.
