<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially process preferential data by transmitting information for preferentially processing data transfer and permitting a data reception side to execute preferential control based on the information. SOLUTION: The preferential control part 9 of a cell mulitplexing part takes out a signal with highest priority order among received AV signals 12 and an EN signal corresponding to it is made to be significant. Priority control is executed in the pre-stage of the part 9 by setting information and fixed priority control is executed in a post-stage. That is, a request from a transmitting/receiving part where priority is requested by setting information is preferentially processed (previously decided priority control is executed at the time of plural priority requests) in the pre-stage. In the post-stage, previously decided (decision by from which transmitting/receiving part the AV signal comes, to which a signal connected to the input of the part 109 corresponds) priority control is executed at the time of nothing to be preferentially requested.</p> |
