PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute reservation of a program desired by the user even when the broadcast time of a reserved program is changed. SOLUTION: A program reservation means 1 reserves programs while placing priority onto them. A reservation program start time confirmation means 21 of a reservation program start processing 2 confirms a start time of a reservation program received by the program reservation means 1, confirms whether or not the program is currently broadcast and discriminates whether or not the execution of reception of the program is to be started. A reservation program priority confirmation means 22 discriminates priority a program when a reservation program executed at present is in existence with respect to a program recognized by the reservation program start time confirmation means 21 that the program is a program whose execution is to be started at present. A reservation program execution means 3 executes the reserved program when there is no reserved program executed at present or the program has higher priority that of the program executed at present.
