PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make wide use for various types of articles possible with a function for absorbing strong impact provided by a method wherein the structure is so constructed that inner frames for holding cushioning films are fixed at the middle parts of the body and the cover of a cover-and-body case and an article is held in the state of being suspended in midair with the opposite two sheets of cushioning films. SOLUTION: For a body 30 of a package body equipped with cushioning function, an inner frame plate 6 with its window covered with a cushioning film F is fixed at a level approximately at the middle of the side plates 2 of the body, and an inner frame plate 16 is fixed at the level approximately at the middle of the side plates 12 for a cover 40 just as in the case of the body 30. In the case of packaging an article A with the body 30 and the cover 40, the article A is placed approximately at the center of the cushioning film F at the body 30-side, and the cover 40 is put thereon. Since a force for opening the cover from the position of complete fitting is applied to the cover 40 by a repulsive force of the cushioning film F, the entire body of the cover-and-body case is bound with a rubber band or put in a tubular sleeve prepared separately so that rebound of the cover 40 can be prevented. |
