PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a re-separable joint with a small expense by a method wherein one or more intermediate holders, each of which is bondable with a component part butted against the surface of a component element, are formed by a holding action developed by a casting compound, which is poured between the component part and the component element and sticks to both of them and hardens itself. SOLUTION: A casting compound 3 is charged from a charging nozzle 7 through an orifice 5 into the space chamber 6 of a component part 2. The casting compound 3 also touches the surface, which lies within a bonding region and is applied with an adhesive 4 in advance, of a component element 1 and hardens so as to form a mushroom-shaped intermediate holder 8 bonds with the component element 1 by being frictionally connected with each other since the casting compound 3 permeats in the adhesive 4 coating the compound element 1. A shape-fitting type joint is formed by joining the mushroom-shaped side projection of the intermediate holder 8 with the corresponding back-tapered part of the component part 2 so as to re-separate from each other without being broken, when necessary. The manufacturing of the intermediate holder is simplified and the holder can be manufactured by a few working steps. |
