PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an denture of a high precision by a method wherein a porcelain powder mud is poured into a core for the denture, and the porcelain powder mud is pressurized and compacted, and at the same time, after removing water content which is raised by the pressurization, the compacted porcelain powder mud is frozen together with the core, and after the completion of the freezing, the porcelain is taken out from the core. SOLUTION: When an denture is manufactured, first, a porcelain powder mud is poured into a core 1 for the denture, from an injection port 3, and the porcelain powder mud is pressurized and compacted. Then, after removing water content which is raised by the pressurization, the compacted porcelain powder mud is frozen together with the core 1, and after the completion of the freezing, the porcelain is taken out from the core 1. The volume of the porcelain mud becomes smaller by the compacting, and when a sufficient compacting is performed, while the texture becomes denser, the volume of the porcelain in the core gradually becomes smaller. Also, since the porcelain shrinks by a baking, an additional padding of the porcelain after a baking is required. For this reason, the porcelain is added when being pressurized, and thus, the volume which is dense and also, faithful to the core can be maintained.
|
