<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion portion for an endoscope in which flexibility of a flexible tube is easily and smoothly changed in the middle without changing thickness or hardness of outer skin of the flexible tube. SOLUTION: In an insertion portion of an endoscope in which a tip part of a wire guide 24 is inserted and disposed in a flexible tube 2 along the whole length of it is fixed to a tip part of the flexible tube 2 for inserting and guiding an operation wire 23 to be bent at a curvature part, the wire guide 24 is formed of a tight winding coil pipe 24a and a super-elastic alloy pipe 24b serially connected to each other, the part of the tight winding coil pipe 24a is disposed in a range closer to a tip of the flexible tube 2, and the part of the super-elastic alloy pipe 24b is disposed in a range closer to a base end of the flexible tube 2.</p> |
