SOLUTION: A fuel cell power generating apparatus has a fuel cell 20 for generating power with anode gas containing hydrogen supplied to an anode and cathode gas containing oxygen supplied to a cathode, an anode gas line 1 for supplying anode gas formed with a partial oxidation reformer 21 from fuel gas and steam to an anode, a steam line 2 for supplying steam to the anode gas line 1, an anode exhaust gas reforming line 3 for supplying gas obtained by reforming anode exhaust gas with a heat insulation reformer 22 to the steam line 2 with an ejector 28, an air line 4 for supplying compressed air to a cathode, a combustion exhaust gas line 5 for supplying combustion exhaust gas obtained by burning anode exhaust gas and cathode exhaust gas with a catalytic combustor 23 to the air line 4 with an ejector 29, a combustion gas line 6 for supplying combustion gas obtained by burning anode exhaust gas and cathode exhaust gas with a combustor 24 to a turbine compressor 25, and the turbine compressor 25 for supplying compressed air obtained by rotating a turbine with combustion gas driving the compressor to the air line 4. |
