PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pot of light weight having corrosion resistance to which electromagnetic induction heating can be applied. SOLUTION: As material for composing a cooking pot 1, composite material of a three layer structure or more using titanium or titanium alloy on at least one surface (2 or 3) or both surfaces of heat conductive metal is used, so light weight and improved corrosion resistance are achieved. By using titanium alloy to which electromagnetic induction heating can be applied on an outer surface of the pot, this can be applied to an electromagnetic induction heating type cooker. |
