PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent the misalignment between heat exchangers in simple structure by providing a projection plate part for maintaining spacing at both the end parts of a side plate, and by fitting the side plate between the tubes of a radiator and a capacitor for collective brazing. SOLUTION: In each side plate 8, a projection plate part 8b for maintaining spacing is formed in one piece at a middle part in the width direction of reflective plate parts 8a and 8a of both ends for pressing the side surface part of common corrugate fins 7.... The width of the projection plate part 8b for maintaining spacing should be set to dimensions being the same as the distance between a tube 6 of a radiator 2 and a tube 4 of a condenser 1, and is fitted between the end parts of tubes 6 and 4 at the outermost side, thus stably retaining the radiator 2 and the condenser 1 at specific proper spacing distance, collectively brazing the radiator 2 and the condenser 1 without alignment where they relatively approach each other or the like, and hence manufacturing a one-piece type heat exchanger. |
