PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operating efficiency of a process to replace a mold by providing a tire vulcanization machine which positions each of carry-in loaders in the center of the front face side of a vulcanization machine frame during mold replacement. SOLUTION: Two units of a carry-in loader 8 are provide, in a freely ascending/gyrating manner, in the center of the front face side of a vulcanization machine frame 5. These carry-in loaders 8 are structurally able to gyrate between each of molds 7, and a green tire stock position P1 forward of the mold 7, and the position P1 and the front face side center position P2 of the vulcanization machine frame 5. In addition, each of the carry-in loaders 8 is gyrated to be positioned in the front face side center P2 of the vulcanization machine frame 5 during mold replacement to widen a space forward of each of the molds 7. |
