PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To injection mold by using a simple mold easy to be cleaned by press- fitting a pressurized gas between a resin in a cavity and an inner wall of the cavity at a back face side via a gap between an inner wall of a supply passage and an axial core, and urging the resin to the inner wall of the cavity of a front surface side. SOLUTION: A resin of a melted state is injected in a cavity 2 of a mold 1 via a sprue 4a, and charged. Surfaces of a resin molding to become a back face and a front face are closely opposed to opposed inner walls 2b, 2a of the cavity. Then, a pressurized non-resin fluid is introduced from a supply port 12a to a horizontal supply passage 12b, and introduced from a gap between an inner wall of a vertical supply passage 12c and a peripheral surface extended in a vertical direction of an axial core 13 into the cavity 2. Here, as the non- resin fluid, an inert gas like nitrogen is used. The pressurized non-resin fluid introduced from a face side to become the back face of the molding urges a face to become the front face of the molding in the inner wall 2a of the cavity. |
