PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can provide the interest of a game to a player by use of the display results of a variable display device even if the display results did not lead to a jackpot. SOLUTION: In this game machine, when the display results of a variable display device which did not lead to a jackpot indicate a special display condition, this is regarded as the occurrence of a small jackpot and a variable winning ball device is opened only for a short time. Also, the number of times that the results are displayed are counted (SA 15), and when the count has reached a predetermined value (SA 16), jackpot control is effected (SA 17, SA 20). Thus, after the display results of the small jackpot have been brought out for display on the variable display device, the jackpot control is executed in the same manner as for a jackpot. |
