PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming interior skin for a vehicle in which precision of a product is enhanced and structure of a die and a forming process are simplified. SOLUTION: A magnet 48 is fitted to the outer face 46A of an electroformed mold 46 for forming skin along a part becoming a tearing line. Skin 40 for cleavage is fitted to the inner face 46B of the electroformed mold 46 for forming skin along the part becoming the tearing line. A magnetic body 50 is releasably fitted to the die inside part of skin 40 for cleavage. Skin 40 for cleavage is held in the position along the tearing line. Further, skin 40 for cleavage consists of two layers structure of a heat resistant resin layer 62 and a flexible resin layer 66 and is fitted so that the heat resistant resin layer 42 abuts on the electroformed mold 46 for forming skin. Then, skin 20 of the body is formed by powder slush molding and the magnetic body 50 is separated from skin 40 for cleavage at time of mold release. |
