PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a hand-rolled sushi, capable of semiautomatically mass-producing the hand-rolled sushi having ingredients involved in sushi rice. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing a hand-rolled sushi comprises a disk 2 having plural opening parts at the peripheral edge, an intermittently driving structure 3 for intermittently driving the disk 2, a first block body 4 fitting to the opening part 2a of the disk 2 and having a half hand-rolled sushi-shaping groove part 4b on the upper face, a nearly fan-shaped sheet material covering the upper face of the first block body 4, having the tip attached to the upper face of the disk 2, and having the base terminal part attached to the peripheral edge of the first block body 4, a guide ring 5 arranged at the neighbor part of the peripheral edge of the disk 2, and guiding the base terminal part of the first block body 4 up and down by a intermittent rotation to make the tip side of the first block body 4 appear and disapear with respect to the upper face of the disk 2, a second block body 6 having a half hand-rolled sushi-shaping groove 6b on the lower face, and covering the upper face of the first block body 4, and a front and rear moving means 7 for moving the second block body front and back. |
