PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a sensor capable of securing good sealing performance without generating jumping-out and loosening of a seal member caused by application of a heat cycle. SOLUTION: A seal member 6 for sealing an opening part of a casing 1 is constituted of two parts mutually adjacent in the axial direction of an upper sleeve 1a, namely, a fluoeo rubber-made first part 11 positioned on an opening part 1e side of the upper sleeve 1a, and a silicone rubber-made second part 12 positioned inward from it. A deformation absorbing space S having a specified amount is formed between the first part 11 and the second part 12 by a clearance forming projecting part 16 formed on the second part 12 side. When a cycle of heating or cooling is applied to a seal structure 50, the second part 12 is axially deformed on the basis of the expansion difference between the first part 11 and the second part 12, and the first part 11 is sometimes pressed outward from the casing 1. Since the deformation of the second part 12 is absorbed by providing the deformation absorbing space S, such inconvenience can be eliminated. |
