<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressurized air that is propagated on a seal surface from a set of pressurized air lines and is leaked from entering another set of liquid lines. SOLUTION: A reagent valve 5 is provided with four atmosphere open grooves 33, 34, 35, and 36 that are constantly open to the atmosphere, between a first set of pressurized air introduction holes 5f and a second set of reagent introduction holes 5g, between a second set of pressurized air introduction holes 5j and a third set of reagent introduction holes 5k, between a third set of pressurized air introduction hole 5o and a fourth set of reagent introduction holes 5p, and between a fourth set of pressurized air introduction hole 5s and a first set of reagent introduction holes 5c, on a rotor sliding surface of a stator 5a. Even if one portion of the pressurized air is propagated on the sealing surface between the stators 5a and 5b and is leaked, the leaked pressurized air flows to the atmosphere through atmosphere open grooves 33, 34, 35, and 36 so that it does not reach the reagent introduction holes 5g, 5k, 5p, and 5c.</p> |
