<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply reduce the labor of a maintenance worker by sucking hydraulic oil into a vinyl tank from an oil tank with a handy pump, temporarily storing it, and returning it into the oil tank after the completion of work. SOLUTION: A maintenance man inserts the suction port 16a of a handy pump 16 into hydraulic oil from above an oil tank, inserts the discharge port 16b into a vinyl tank held by another worker, and turns on the drive switch 16c of the handy pump 16 to start the suction of the hydraulic oil. When some hydraulic oil is filled in the vinyl tank, the vinyl tank is replaced with another vinyl tank, and the suction of the hydraulic oil is continued. The vinyl tanks filled with an allowable quantity of the hydraulic oil are temporarily stored. The sucking work of the hydraulic oil is repeated until the hydraulic oil does not leak downward. The hydraulic oil stored in the vinyl tanks is returned into the oil tank after the sealing work is completed. The maintenance man can simply conduct the sealing work without bringing hands into contact with the hydraulic oil.</p> |
