<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste gas treating technique by which NOx and dioxins are efficiently removed. SOLUTION: A pulse discharge part 32 is provided in a waste gas treating line for circulating the waste gas from a waste combustion gas generating part A, and an electrostatic precipitator or a bag filter 2 is furnished on the upstream side of the pulse discharge part 32 in the waste gas treating line to constitute the device. Further, a water content control means 1 is provided to control the relative humidity of the waste gas introduced into the pulse discharge part 32 to <=20%, and the wet gas cleaner 4 provided with the part 41 for absorbing acidic gases by injecting an alkali and the part 42 for absorbing nitrogen dioxide by injecting a nitrogen dioxide absorbent consisting essentially of sulfites is set on the downstream side of the pulse discharge part 32.</p> |
