PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for crystallizing the neck part of a preform suitable for automation capable of certainly shaping the neck part of the preform by using a core and capable of certainly stripping the core from the neck part. SOLUTION: A feed passage 20 for feeding a plurality of preforms 10, the heating part 60a provided on the way of the feed passage 20 to heat the neck parts 12 of the preforms to crystallizing temp., a cooling part 64 cooling the neck part 12 heated by the heating part 60a and a taking-out part 66 for taking out the cooled preform 10 are provided. A plurality of feed members 30 feeding the preforms in a state receiving the body parts 14 of the preforms 10 to expose the neck parts 12 are provided to the feed passage 20. The cooling cores 96 inserted into the neck parts 12 of the heated preforms 10 to cool the neck parts 12 while shaping the inner surfaces of them and the mold release cylindrical members 98 coming into contact with the flange parts 16 of the preforms 10 when the cooling cores 96 are stripped from the neck parts to release the inner surfaces of the neck parts 12 from the cooling cores 96 are provided. |
