PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily resolve a fault occurring case during molding by storing detected pressure data of a pressure in a mold in a foam molding step, and arbitrarily visually displaying the data, thereby simplifying a preparation of setting conditions of a newly mounted mold. SOLUTION: Pressure detectors 4a, 4b are respectively connected to drain pipings 20a, 20b coincident with vapor pressures in vapor chambers 2a, 2b to detect its pressure P", converts it to an analog signal P', and sends it to an analog input interface 17d of a controller cont. Its digitally converted value P is output to a comparison processor 17f and a memory 17b via an A/D data converter 17e. The processor 17f comparison calculates an output value 6 from the converter 17c with an output value P of the converter 17e to correspond mold vapor pressure data from the detectors 4a, 4b to the value 3q from the memory 17b. Thus, the value P is stored in the memory 17b, and called and displayed on a display unit 24 as needed. |
