One or more suction piles (1) releasable from sea bed and vertically floating under water has a mono pile (16). The mono pile extends from the suction pile and projects above sea surface (10) and supports a platform (100). The suction piles have buoyancy, sufficient to float and transported independently and buoyancy is inline with other suction piles. The suction piles are provided with a floating space, which is moved vertically along with platform.
