摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food composition capable of making excellent advantages in, e.g. assistance of nutrition, promotion of health and prevention of diseases and a well balanced combination of a plurality of raw materials containing effective component. SOLUTION: This mixed food composition is obtained by blending a food composition comprising at least a royal jelly, β-carotene, ascorbic acid, tocopherol and rice bran extract with a food composition comprising at least a spirulina, protamine, beer yeast and lactic acid in the weight ratio of (1 to 0. 1) to (1 to 10). The former food composition is produced through a step of making a crystalline cellulose adsorb a royal jelly, dehydrating it, and coating it with a hydrogenated oil for obtaining a granular royal jelly composition, and another step of homogeneously blending a dextrin with a tocopherol, β-carotene and/or rice bran extract so as to adsorb them and then forming a granular composition.
