SOLUTION: This crude refuse treating device A has a first decomposition vessel 1 which has agitating vanes 13 for agitating the pulverized crude refuse 10 carried into the apparatus, an electric heater 14 for heating the interior of the vessel and mesh 11 for dropping the liquid material 12 resulted from aerobic decomposition of the pulverized crude refuse 10, a storage tank 2 which temporarily stores the liquid material 12 dropped from the first decomposition vessel 1, a second decomposition vessel 3 which is provided with a drain port 32 in the upper part, a tube pump 42 which sucks the liquid material 12 stored in the storage tank 2 and drops the liquid material from the upper part of the second decomposition vessel 3 and a ventilation pump 52 which sucks the air in the first decomposition vessel 1 and supplies the air to an air feed pipe 51.</p> |
