PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy in which pets show interest considerably. SOLUTION: This toy is a system made up of a rotational mechanism borne on a support table 1, an electronic circuit controlling the rotational mechanism, control date instructing the control, a rigid wire material 2 attached to the rotating shaft, a flexible wire material 3 attached to the rigid wire material 2, and a small object 4 attached to the tip of the flexible wire material 3; wherein the number of revolution of the rotational mechanism is <=3 s<-1> , its variance is <10 times s<-1> , and such an out-of-order rotation as to include a plurality of revolution halt modes each continuing for 0.1 s or longer is made. |
