PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soap contg. a plant extract which can provide effects of making bare skin clear and beautiful and effects of improving blood circulation. SOLUTION: This soap contains at least one plant extract obtd. from a plant of the genus Calanthe discolor Lindl. or Phaiusflavus Lindl. of the family Orchidaceae. For example, the plant extract it collected by water washing and finely cutting a calanthe, immersing and extracting 300 g of the cut calanthe in and with 1,000 cc of an aq. 70% alcohol soln., and filtering the slon. By using a soap contg. 20 wt.% extract powder obtd. as above for 3 months, anitpruritic effects against atopy are obtd. in addition to effects of making bare skin clear and beautiful and the effects of improving blood circulation, and the gloss and tension of skin are improved. |
