<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound having a spacer arm and a functional group capable of being utilized for a bond with a high molecular compound on pentazone or a part thereof, and usable as a hapten of an antibody capable of reacting with the pentazone by selecting the compound from specific three compounds. SOLUTION: The objective compound (a pentazone derivative) is selected from compounds of formulas I to III [R is H or a 1-5C alkyl; (n) is 0-10; (m) is 2-10; (1) is 1-10]. The antibody showing a reactivity with the pentazone of formula IV is obtained by reacting the objective compound with a high molecular compound (e.g. bovine serum albumin). The method for producing the monoclonal antibody comprises (A) a step for preparing a conjugate of the pentazone derivative with a high molecular compound, usable as the antigen for immunization, (B) a step for immunizing an animal by the obtained conjugate, (C) a step for collecting blood of the immunized animal, assaying the collected blood, and preparing antibody-producing cells, (D) a step for preparing myeloma cells, (E) a step for cell-fusion of the obtained antibody- producing cells with the obtained myeloma cells, and selective culturing of the obtained hybridoma, and the like.</p> |
