<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solidified body having high compressive strength and to effectively utilize the solidified body for roadbed materials, building materials, etc. by separating and capturing drug-free incineration fly ash, such as slaked lime, and fly ash contg. drugs and reaction products, i.e., desalting residues, subjecting the incineration fly ash of the former to solidification and stabilization as an object to a hydration solidification reaction. SOLUTION: This waste gas treatment method consists in feeding a drug for desalting of exhaust gases of either an alkaline earth metal compd. and alkali metal compd. into the combustion exhaust gases discharged from a waste incineration furnace 22 and removing the gaseous hydrogen chloride in the waste gases. In such a case, A cyclone 26 which is a first dust collector is disposed between the outlet of the waste incineration furnace 22 and the position where the drug for desalting is fed to capture the incineration fly ash not contg. the drug for desalting is captured. The drug for desalting is fed into the exhaust gases downstream of the cyclone 26 and the desalting residues contg. the drug for desalting and the recording products are captured by a bag filter 36 which is a second dust collector. The incineration fly ash free of the drug for desalting is used as the raw material for production of the solidified body by the hydration reaction.</p> |
