<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity for work removing a chip, and improve efficiency of assembly work, by sealing the chip, generated by screwing of a valve shaft to a tightened member, in the tightened member, in a pressure reducing valve for gas opening a valve hole communicated with a pressure reducing chamber between a body and a diaphragm to a central part in a valve seat, fixing a valve element seated in the valve seat to the valve shaft passed coaxial through the valve hole, and tightening the valve shaft to the tightened member fixed to a central part of the diaphragm. SOLUTION: In a pressure reducing valve for gas tightening a valve shaft 107 to a tightened member 124 fixed to a central part of a diaphragm 93, a fitting hole 130 opening one end in a side of the valve shaft 107 and a bottomed screw hole 131 having a diameter smaller than the fitting hole 130 to be connected coaxial to the other end of the fitting hole 130 are provided in the tightened member 124, a fitting shaft part 107a fitted into the fitting hole 130 and an external thread part 107b connected coaxial to the fitting shaft part 107a screwed to the screw hole 131 are provided in an end part in a side of the diaphragm 93 of the valve shaft 107, and an axial directional length of the external thread part 107b is set shorter than an axial directional length of the fitting hole 130.</p> |
